Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Socks, undergarments, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
